Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request of the orders will be accepted before it’s put into production, usually within 12 hours from the time you placed the order. Please contact us to make sure if it’s in production or not. If it’s not in production, we will refund you full payments

If it’s more than 12 hours from the time you purchased, we can accept your cancellation request but we are so sorry that you will not get full refund, because your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just only for you,so you will get the refund of payments you paid reduced 8$ per each item.Thank you very much for understanding.
