30-Days RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Worldstar welcome all return/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.
The following reasons are covered by our 30-Days FULL COVERAGE Return&Exchange Policy.
- we shipped a wrong order/item to you.
- The item itself have a quality problem..
- You donot receive the orders.
Please DO NOT worried that if really it belongs to our mistake/problem, we will arrange again a new shipment as soon as possible
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-Days FULL COVERAGE Return&Exchange Policy.
- You placed order by your mistake,for example wrong Style, Size, Color, Photo Changes etc
- You offered a wrong shipping address.(so if you want to change shipping address,please make sure that you have to provide us with right shipping address within 48 hours since you placed order. Otherwise ,we cannot assure that we have already shipped to your first shipping address. And we will not take responsibility for this issue.)
- Personal reasons due to change mind, personal taste, etc.
- Product Color Difference. Although we make every effort to photography our products accurately and describe them in details, we can’t guarantee every photography in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution.
- Item’s Smell. Each item has its own smell, which is the smell of raw material, this could not be the reason of return. You can hang it in a ventilated place, then the smell will disappear.
- The Workmanship of Painting. Because the items are made by machine, there maybe some painting problems like uneven painting, unclear painting and so on. These are minor problem, and will not affect normal use.
- Most important : As All the Worldstar pillows will be taken off vacuum by our commercial vacuum machine, so that when you receive your order, please please pay much attention to cut the vucuum bag carefully to avoid making broken of pillows.
